Ajnabi Graphics – All Printing Solutions
Due to the nature of digital and customized services, once a product or design has been downloaded, delivered, or approved, it cannot be returned. Refunds will not be provided except in cases where the delivered product is completely unusable.
If a product or service is found to be unusable, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed, a refund may be considered. Our support team is available to assist you with installation, configuration, or usage-related queries. Please feel free to contact us for support.
Please note that Ajnabi Graphics is not the original developer of certain third-party digital resources. Therefore, our technical support may be limited. We do not modify core functionality or fix bugs originating from third-party developers.
A refund may be issued only if the product or service provided by Ajnabi Graphics is completely unusable.
We stand behind our services and will do our best to help resolve any issues. However, we request customers to understand the nature of digital and customized products before making a purchase.
Refund Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for the following:
- Memberships, subscriptions, or service packages once activated or partially used.
- Requests for a refund for the same product or service more than once.
- Promotional offers or discounts, as these are applicable only to future orders and cannot be used to claim refunds or partial refunds on completed purchases.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product or service is completely non-functional or unusable.
- The service description was entirely misleading.
- The product files or deliverables have not been fully downloaded or extensively used.
Situations Where Refund May Be Refused
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- The order was placed by mistake and work or delivery has already started.
- You are unable to use or install the delivered product due to technical limitations on your device, website, or software.
- Compatibility issues with your system, hosting, CMS, plugins, or server settings.
- The product or service does not meet your personal expectations.
- You caused issues to your website, files, or system while using the delivered product.
- You did not cooperate with our support team during troubleshooting.
- You refused to provide necessary details required to investigate the issue.
Additional Notes
- You may cancel your account or services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- If a refund is granted, you must immediately stop using the delivered product or service.
- If a product is partially damaged or reduced in value due to updates or usage, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
- Approved refunds may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.
